						 Q. Do you see any changes in yourself after learning about and using the cotton pads?

					-
						 A. I have used the chitenje (traditional skirt in Africa) fabric for pads.
However the cotton menstrual pads I used through Good Sisters
activity brought about an entire change in my life. I could make
and use the pad easier than chitenje. The quality of my life has gotten much better.
